These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clickclimbseo.com, including all tools, features, services, technologies, and software offered through the website (collectively, the “Clickclimbseo Services”).

The terms “Clickclimbseo”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Clickclimbseo LLC and its managing subsidiaries.

The term “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person accessing or using Clickclimbseo Services.

By using Clickclimbseo Services, you agree to these Terms and all related policies referenced herein (the “Related Documents”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue using Clickclimbseo immediately.

1. Terms  & Conditional 

1.1 Eligibility

  • Must be of legal age in your area.

  • Not available in OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.

1.2 Account Registration

  • Register with valid email or social login to use Clickclimbseo.

  • One account per user; duplicates may be removed.

1.3 Account Deletion

  • Can delete account only after all orders are resolved.

  • Deleted accounts are permanently removed after 30 days.

1.4 Account Ownership

  • Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, shared, or gifted.

1.5 Username Rules

  • No phone numbers, offensive content, impersonations, or misleading references to staff.

  • Clickclimbseo may change usernames violating rules.

1.6 User Responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials safe.

  • Ensure uploaded content is legal and copyright-compliant.

  • Users indemnify Clickclimbseo against copyright claims.

1.7 User Status

  • Users are not Clickclimbseo employees or agents.

1.8 Assignment

  • Users may not assign rights; Clickclimbseo may.

1.9 Content Restrictions

  • No spam, explicit language, misleading ads, copyright violations, harmful SEO, or brand-damaging content.

  • Clickclimbseo may remove accounts or content at discretion.

1.10 Confidentiality

  • Do not share private communications or user data.

1.11 Compliance with Local Laws

  • Users must handle taxes and legal obligations locally.

1.12 Termination

  • Clickclimbseo may terminate accounts for violations at any time.

1.13 Inactive Balances

  • Accounts inactive 24+ months: $5/month for 2 years, then $50/month.

2. DATA POLICY

By registering, you agree to allow Clickclimbseo to process and store your data, including cookies and identifiers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clickclimbseo may review user messages solely for compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

All site design, branding, content, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

3. ClickClimbSEO Service Rules

Clickclimbseo is a digital marketplace for:

  • SEO services
  • Guest posting
  • Guest blogging
  • Outreach and link-building services
  • Sponsored content placements
  • Digital publishing and traffic services

User Roles

  • Buyers purchase SEO and guest post services.

  • Sellers (publishers, SEO providers, guest post providers) list their services.

  • Users may act as both Buyer and Seller.

ORDERS

Buyers must pay in advance. Funds are held securely by payment partners (escrow-style).

When Receiving These Requests

Sellers must decline any order involving:

  • black-hat SEO,

     

  • illegal content (not allowed)

     

  • hacked sites,

     

  • adult content (not allowed),

     

  • gambling (not allowed),

     

  • malware, phishing, fraud,

     

  • spam link-building.

     

Sellers must contact support if a Buyer requests prohibited services.

ORDER COMPLETION

Auto-Approval Deadlines

After delivery:

  • The buyer has 3 business days to approve (or 4 if a weekend is included).

     

  • For orders above $150: 5 business days (or 6 with weekend).

If no action is taken, the order auto-approves.

Delivery Requirements

A delivery is incomplete if:

  • metrics promised are not met,

  • content is missing,

  • publication is not live,

  • the link is nofollow when dofollow was promised,

  • the placement is on a different domain,

  • the Seller fails to provide proof.

REVISIONS

Buyers may request revisions if:

  • delivery does not match listing claims,

  • content quality is inadequate,

  • placement does not meet specifications.

Sellers must revise until requirements are met (unless revisions exceed original scope).

Extra services can be offered for additional fees.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Valid cancellation reasons:

  • Seller missed deadline

  • Seller misrepresented metrics

  • Site is deindexed or penalized

  • Link removed within guarantee period

  • Delivery incomplete or defective

Subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for cancellation if the service meets all stated requirements.

Refunds return to Buyer’s Clickclimbseo balance unless paid back to the original card.

Clickclimbseo Service Fee

By using Clickclimbseo, Users agree to pay a Service Fee. The Service Fee is included in the final price of a Seller’s listing or custom offer. Sellers receive a sum equal to the total order value minus Clickclimbseo’s Service Fee. The Service Fee is calculated individually for each order according to the table below:

Notes:

  • “Total Revenue with a Buyer” refers to the cumulative sum of all orders completed between the same Buyer and Seller.

  • For each new order, the fee percentage depends on the current cumulative revenue with that Buyer.

  • The fee is deducted automatically, and the Seller’s account balance will reflect the net amount after fee deduction.

  • Discussion, negotiation, or disclosure of the Service Fee between buyers and sellers outside Clickclimbseo (e.g. off-platform deals) is prohibited and may result in penalties or rating consequences.

WITHDRAWALS

  • Withdrawals processed twice weekly

  • Get paid weekly via PayPal


  • Fees determined by payment partners

  • Promo code balance cannot be withdrawn

  • Clickclimbseo may temporarily freeze withdrawals for security reasons

CURRENCIES

All balances are stored in USD.
 Local currency display may vary depending on exchange rate at the time of payment.
